Getting Started with your TrainingPeaks Athlete Account (Classic)

Welcome to TrainingPeaks!!!  Here are some tips on getting started with your new account:

  1. Enter your Birth Day in your user settings which can then be used to set up several features in your account

  2. Set your Thresholds and Zones

  3. Upload a Workout

  4. Customize Your Calendar View

  5. Colorize Your Workouts

  6. Set Up Your Dashboard*

  7. Coached?  Enable Post-activity Comment Notifications*
