If you're finding that your Garmin device and Garmin Connect don't report the same normalized power (NP) and/or average power for a workout that WKO does, it may be helpful to check the following settings:
- Your FTP should be set the same in all your devices and software applications (WKO and Garmin Connect, for example) for IF and TSS to be calculated the same way.
- The Power Data Averaging setting on your device should be set to Include Zeros.
- A poor connection between your power meter and your Garmin device can cause discrepancies in the average and normalized power values calculated by the device compared to the values calculated in post processing from the recorded power.
