TrainingPeaks Release Notes 12.16.2015

New Features

Coaches can now manage their athletes and if they are Premium or Basic through the Athlete Management tool.

Fixed an issue where refreshing the web browser did not update what day was Today on the Calendar.

Fixed an issue where staying logged in over night and then using the Refresh from within the Calendar made some "Completed" fields un-editable.

Fixed an issue where autosave was not working correctly in Athlete or Coach settings.

Athletes and Coaches can now click on a value and open the associated workout on the Peaks Chart Grid.

Fixed an issue where Coaches using Internet Explorer 11 were not seeing the athlete list in the tomahawk menu of a Training Plan.

Fixed an issue where Athletes were able to Cut a locked workout on their calendar, and then possibly move to another day.

New Features

Coaches and Athletes can now see a histogram for Pace/Speed in the Expando of a workout.

Resolved Issues

Fixed an issue where the ATP Week Summary items were not displayed when a Coach changed from one athlete to another.

Fixed an issue where the Dual Calendar for Coaches required a page refresh before the drag and drop feature would work properly.

Fixed an issue where clicking the Today button on the calendar didn't always direct to Today.

Fixed an issue where modal windows, such as the Quick View, were not resizing when the browser was resized.

Fixed an issue where some Dashboard Charts were not displaying Custom Dates correctly.

TrainingPeaks Release Notes 8.5.2015

New Features

Workout type Race can no longer be created.  Events can now be used to track event specific information.

Power and Heart Rate Distribution charts have been added to the Expando charts (Cadence and speed/pace coming soon).

Resolved Issues

Fixed an issue some Coaches' where the calendars were jumping to the wrong date after loading a new Athlete.

Fixed an issue where the Calendar scroll was not working properly on a very high resolution screens.

Fixed an issue where some Peaks Charts were not displaying date range or sport type properly when selected.

Fixed an issue where the calendar scroll was not displaying properly when on FireFox on a Mac computer.

Fixed an issue where Left/Right Power balance was not being displayed properly for Garmin devices.

Fixed an issue where a coach creating a new athlete account was unable to complete the process because the "Save & Close" button was not always visible.

Fixed issue with the dual-calendar, where dragging a workout between calendars for the same athlete would move the workout rather than copy it.

TrainingPeaks Release Notes 7.29.2015

New Features

Coaches and Athletes will now see an improved Print Calendar function, where only the current week/weeks in display will print.

Coaches and Athletes will now see VAM for all sport types in the Expando view when both speed and elevation are present in the workout file. 

 

Fixed Issues

Fixed an issue where the calendar was scrolling back or forward a week if you were in between a week and adding a workout/ updating a workout.

Fixed an issue where trying to print from the QuickView while using internet browser FireFox was causing the browser to crash.

Fixed an issue where all Peaks charts on the Dashboard was not displaying call out information (tooltips) when hovering on the chart and the Y axis label was overlapping the Y axis ticks.

TrainingPeaks Release Notes 7.21.2015

New Features

Events are now listed first on the calendar ahead of all workouts.

Expando and Dashboard Peak can now be switched between Graph view and Report view.

Athlete and Coaches can now filter and sort their workout library from the top menu icon at the top of the workout list.

Events are now listed in the .ics feed.

Athletes and Coaches can now see the Event Report on the Dashboard.

 

Fixed Issues

Fixed an issue where some Peaks charts on the Dashboard did not have callouts when hovering over data points.

Fixed an issue where Daily Workout Emails were not being sent.

Fixed an issue where some Graph axis labels were being clipped in some circumstances.

Fixed an issue where a coach was getting a blank calendar when attempting to load an athlete or a group.

Fixed an issue where some uploaded device files were not immediately available for viewing, although all of the completed statistics where viewable.

Fixed an issue where the Public File Viewer was displaying Metric values, regardless if logged in.

Fixed an issue where copying workouts and then pasting resulting in Attachments being removed.

Fixed an issue where opening a planned workout and closing, were asked to confirm changes when no changes were made.

New Features

Coaches and Athletes can now see the numeric value when hovering over Dashboard Charts that have the average lines.

Athletes and Coaches can now export data from within the Athlete settings.

Fixed an issue where all workout layout options were added to be displayed when enabling Color by Compliance option to calendar.

Fixed an issue where copying and pasting text into the text fields on the Quick View caused the cursor to jump.

Fixed an issue the Metrics Dashboard Chart was not displaying correctly.

Fixed an issue where the zone separation lines on the Zones Overlay chart were inconsistent.

Fixed an issue where copy and paste week was not available from the Week Summary when using Internet Explorer 11.

TrainingPeaks Release Notes 7.8.2015

New Features

Coaches can now edit their private webpage name and the image associated.

The Duration, Distance, Elevation Gain, Kilojoules, and TSS by Day/Week Dashboard charts now display the average value for the date range.

 

Fixed Issues

Fixed an issue where Coaches and Athletes had formatting problems when entering information on the Description/Pre-activity/Post-Activity comments in the Quick View of the workout.

Fixed an issue where the information boxes when hovering over items on the site were displaying fuzzy and or blurry.

Fixed an issue where if a Coach or an Athlete changed their Global Unit Settings (Metric or Imperial), then viewed their Zones in their account, their Zone units would not update with the newly changed settings.

Fixed an issue where the options would disappear when in the Expando Laps & Splits Chart.

Fixed an issue where Athlete settings were not being saved in the current TrainingPeaks if the Coach created the account in our Classic TrainingPeaks site.

TrainingPeaks Release Notes 7.1.2015

On July 1st, 2015, the TrainingPeaks Classic site was retired.

New Features

Athletes and Coaches can now delete legs from an Event.

Athletes and Coaches can now change units for any of the legs of an Event in the Event Quick View.

Athletes and Coaches can now see the Day of the Week alongside the date when reviewing a chart in the Dashboard and in the Expando of a workout.

Athletes and Coaches will now see "Files" as the button title in the Quick View when a file has been uploaded to the workout. If no file has been uploaded, the button will read "Upload".

Athletes and Coaches will now be able to click on links/URLs that are entered into the Description, Pre-activity Comments and Post-activity comments of a workout.

Athletes and Coaches now have the Expando- Zone Overlay on the workout graph.

Athletes and Coaches now have the Expando- Peak Pace by Distance chart.

Fixed Issues

Fixed an issue where the tool tips on the Calendar and the ATP were blurry.

Fixed an issue where some workouts would disappear and then reappear after updating them on the calendar.

Fixed an issue when a coach would share a training plan to another coach but didn't give them editing rights to the plan. The accepting coach would then get logged out of the site when trying to copy the shared plan.

Fixed an issue where Discounts on Coaching Accounts were not displaying on the Account Management page.

Fixed an issue that allowed a coach to share a training plan to themselves.

Fixed an issue where the TSS Backfiller in the Performance Management Chart was recalculating multiple workouts, but only one workout was being updated.

TrainingPeaks Release Notes 6.24.2015

New Features

Coaches will now have a confirmation notification when applying/unapplying and/or sharing/un-sharing a Training Plan.

Athletes and Coaches can now switch between distance units for their Events in the Quick View.

Coaches can now view shared training plans, who a training plan is shared with (as well as un-share) and share a training plan directly to any athlete in their athlete library.

Athletes and Coaches can now filter their Workout Library by Sport Type.

The Peak Cadence chart is now available in the Quick View Expando chart library.

Coaches can now view Training Plan Sales from their Account Management screen.

Athletes and Coaches can now turn off (turn on) Workout Compliance on the calendar.

Fixed an issue where the Description of a workout was not displaying on the single calendar or dual calendar (for coaches).

Fixed an issue where a Training Plan was not displaying correctly when in Dual Calendar mode.

Fixed an issue where the Weekly Summary stats were missing for weeks with no activities.

TrainingPeaks Release Notes 6.17.2015

New Features

Coaches and Athletes can now view training plans in their training plan list that have been shared to them.

Workout Libraries can now be sorted by Sport Type and by Workout Code.

Coaches can now use Dual Calendar to manage their Athletes.

Athletes can now apply a Training Plan to their calendar by dragging the training plan from their Plan Library and dropping onto the calendar.

Basic workout information for Structured Workouts is now editable.

Coaches can now view their Training Plan sales from their Account Management page.

Coach invoices on the Account Management page will now display dollar amounts for monthly payments, along with Client days.

Athletes can now Export their Data from their account.  

 

Resolved Issues

Fixed an issue where the Weekly Summary font sizes were not displaying correctly on the calendar.

Fixed an issue where the website was not displaying properly for Athletes and Coaches with a Retina display monitor.

Fixed an issue where Athletes and Coaches using Internet Explorer and Firefox web browsers experienced visual display issues when using the ATP.

Added a calendar setting that will allow you to hide the Week Summary.

Fixed an issue where Post-Workout Comment section appears and then disappears on the workout title when creating or changing a workout.

Fixed an issue where deleting a workout from the hamburger menu leaves the workout visible on the calendar.

Fixed an issue where a training plan did not show as applied to an athlete in an Athlete Group until after refreshing the page or after opening the Plan Details.

If you have already signed up for the Garmin AutoSync, you will now be notified that you have already signed up- will not be allowed to sign up again.

Athletes signing up for a new account will now have access to a 7 day Premium Trial.

Fixed an issue with dragging and dropping multi-sport files created an error.

Fixed an issue where Coaches on the Coach Edition Unlimited subscription were unable to access their Assistant's Basic Athletes.

In the Account Management page, you can now view if a payment was successful or not from your recent purchase history.

Athletes now have a blue Upload button towards the top of their calendar so they can add new completed workout files to their account.
