How do I Delete and or Cancel my account?

If you are an athlete looking to delete or remove your account from TrainingPeaks, you will want to access your Account Management page and will see the Delete Account button towards the bottom of the page.   If you don't see the Delete Account button, please contact our Customer Success Team for further assistance. Please note that once your account is closed you will no longer have access to the account and or your data within the account.

If you are an athlete and need to cancel your recurring billing, you can do that from your Account Management page.

You can also contact us with questions in regards to our Refund Policy.

If you would like to unsubscribe from our mailing list, you can click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email you have received, or access your account settings once logged in.

If you are a coach and need to cancel your account, you can also access your Account Management page and click on the Close Account button.  If you do not see a Close Account button, please contact our Customer Success Team for further assistance.
