Setting up and managing your Hero Bar metrics
- Navigate to the Hero Bar.
- Select one of the configurable metrics by clicking on that metric in the hero bar.
- CTL = Chronic Training Load
- ATL = Acute Training Load
- Ramp Rate = Rate of increase of CTL over specific time period
- Click on the metric to launch the settings wizard (wizard can be accessed from both athlete and workout levels).
- Enter desired data and close to save.
