Setting up and managing your Hero Bar metrics

  • Navigate to the Hero Bar.
  • Select one of the configurable metrics by clicking on that metric in the hero bar.
    • CTL = Chronic Training Load
    • ATL = Acute Training Load
    • Ramp Rate = Rate of increase of CTL over specific time period
  • Click on the metric to launch the settings wizard (wizard can be accessed from both athlete and workout levels).
  • Enter desired data and close to save.
