1. Activity Feed


View past and upcoming workouts, add a workout or event, or analyze a workout.

1.1 Calendar

  1. Touch on a day to go to that day in the feed.Touch on the blue month and year to quickly choose a different month/year
  2. Different color dots on the day represent different workout types
  3. The bigger the white circle on the day the more TSS for that day.

1.2 Charts


Open the Charts dashboard to see charts showing trends over time:

  • Change charts by swiping left/right
  • Edit chart settings, or add a new chart, by touching the Blue Title at the top

Dashboard Settings:

  • Workout Types: Edit the default workout type(s) to be included in charts
  • Date Range: Edit the default date range used for charts

Chart Settings:

  • 2016-09-28_13-46-57 Add a chart to your Dashboard
  • 2016-09-28_13-56-16 Configure settings for specific charts
  • 2016-09-28_14-12-14 Toggle on/off
  • 2016-09-28_13-55-56 Save a copy of your dashboard or share it with another TrainingPeaks mobile user


  • Save a copy of your dashboard settings in case you get a new phone, lose your phone, etc.

1.3 Hide

Hide chart dashboard/calendar

1.4 Today

Touch 2016-09-26_16-30-07 to go to today on the activity feed

1.5 Update Changes

Touch 2016-09-26_16-32-28 on the mobile app to update changes

1.6 Manage Workouts

Add/Edit/Analyze a workout by tapping on on the day.

Summary: View summary information such as completed duration and distance, averages, and maximums.

Map/Graph: View a map and graph of the workout Tap and drag to highlight a section on the graph.

  • Tap the  2016-09-27_14-21-15 Lap icon to select recorded laps.
  • Tap 2016-09-14_16-07-39 Settings icon to apply smoothing to the data channels, zoom in, or hide channels.

Laps: View information for recorded laps, either from the device or created in TrainingPeaks.

Peaks: View charts for peak power, pace, and or heart rate.

Edit 2016-09-27_14-03-16: Edit the workout including; planned, completed, TSS, add a comment, etc.

More 2016-09-27_14-06-32: Share workout via social media, download attachments, or delete workouts.

1.7 Add


Tap 2016-09-26_16-38-07 Add to add one of the following:

  1. Workout
  2. Metric
  3. Event
  4. Workout from your workout library
  5. Record a workout with Wahoo

2. 2016-09-26_16-43-58 Notifications

View notifications such as uploaded workout, post activity comment, or threshold notification.

3. 2016-09-12_11-01-08 Search calendar for past workouts

Search the titles, descriptions, and comments of past workouts.

4. 2016-09-20_14-48-29 Athlete Library

  • Touch to load a different athlete
  • Groups you have created in the web app will be seen here as well

5. 2016-09-15_11-02-13 Settings

The following can be accessed from Settings:

  • Profile Photo: View/upload profile photo
  • Account: View/edit account information
  • Metrics: Add/Remove available metrics
  • Zones: View/edit thresholds and zones
  • Notifications: Configure notification settings
  • App Settings
    • Mark workouts as public when shared
    • Read blood glucose data from health app

6. 2016-09-27_14-06-32 More

The following can be accessed from More:

  • MyFitnessPal Sync: Authorize and configure sync between TrainingPeaks and MyFitnessPal
  • Rate this app: Rate the TrainingPeaks app in the store
  • Log out: log out of the mobile app
  • Training Plans: Apply a training plan to an athlete from your training plan library.
  • App Version: current app version
