Connect your TrainingPeaks account to Zwift so that completed Zwift workouts automatically sync to your TrainingPeaks account and structured TrainingPeaks workouts also sync to Zwift.
Establishing the Connection:
To set up the sync with Zwift log into zwift.com and ensure your account is linked through the connections page. If you connected them some time ago or your accounts aren't syncing, try disconnecting and reconnecting them again through the connections page.
Historical Workouts:
Zwift is not capable of sending historical workouts to TrainingPeaks at this time.
If you would like to upload your historical workout files to TrainingPeaks, you can export the historical files individually from Zwift and upload those workouts to TrainingPeaks using the Drag and Drop method.
To export the workout files from Zwift, please see the article below and navigate to the "Downloading your .fit file from your Dashboard" section
Syncing Planned Structured Workouts to Zwift:
- Only structured bike workouts that are based on a target Duration, your %Threshold Power, and a Target; and structured run workouts that are based on a target Distance or Duration and %Threshold Pace will sync to Zwift. Workouts based on heart rate in TrainingPeaks are not compatible with Zwift.
- Zwift only syncs today's workouts
- All workouts must have titles in TrainingPeaks
Doing the workout in Zwift
To find structured workouts in Zwift, log in and select workouts. You’ll find that day's custom workout under the TrainingPeaks dropdown. If it’s not at the top, scroll down. You’ll see the activity for the current day, and it will update each day automatically. If you want to save a workout permanently to your Zwift workout folder, add it manually.
