If some date ranges in the WKO4 RHE (right-hand explorer) contain no workouts and give a N/A instead of dates, it is likely that your PC is formatting short dates in a way that is not recognized by WKO4. For example, the Windows default short date for some countries and regions is 01-Jan-2019 or 01 Jan 2019, and WKO4 does not recognize dates with text instead of numbers.
Here's how to restore your date ranges:
- Double click the date range in the RHE or right-click and select Edit.
- In the configuration window that opens, type the From and To dates in the respective fields using only numbers. For example, the 2018 range should have a From date of 01-01-2018 and a To date of 12-31-2018.
- Click Close.
- Repeat for any other RHE date range affected.
Most of the RHE date ranges are built on calculations (such as the last 30 days), so it's likely that only the year ranges (2019, 2018, 2017, etc.) will be affected by this issue.
