How to get help with WKO5

Need to request help with WKO5? We're glad to help; click here to submit a ticket. Here are a few important tips that will expedite the solution:

  1. Please take a moment to attach your WKO log file to the ticket (click here for instructions).
  2. If your problem is related to particular workouts, please attach those workout files to the ticket.
  3. If you're a Windows user and are experiencing crashes, please attach your crash files to the ticket (click here for instructions). Mac crashes are reported automatically, so there's no need to attach them to a ticket.

Someone from the TrainingPeaks customer success department will respond to you and will work with you to find the solution to the problem. Tickets from trial users are welcome too!

Here are a few common issues and their solutions:

  1. My CTL and ATL don't match TrainingPeaks
  2. My charts are blank
  3. My power-duration metrics (phenotype, Pmax, VO2max, TTE, FRC, mFTP) are blank on the Hero Bar, and my power-duration curve charts are blank
  4. My athletes and/or workouts are gone
