How to access your WKO5 preferences:
- Click the WKO menu in Mac or the Tools menu in PC in the upper bar and click Preferences.
- Click the gear wheel at the top right of the WKO screen.
From here you can:
- Choose metric or English units
- Change the day your training week begins
- Choose a sport view (cycling, running, or multi-sport) to designate the dashboards and charts that will automatically get added to any new athletes created
- Set your TrainingPeaks download interval
- Change the data store location
