If you're a Windows user experiencing crashes with WKO5, please attach your crash files when you submit a help ticket. Here's how:
- Using Explorer, navigate to C:\users\ <usernamehere> \appdata\local\wko4\crashpad.
- Right-click on the Reports folder in that location and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder.
- Allow the compression to complete; a new zipped folder called reports will be created in the same location.
- Attach this zipped folder to your ticket.
Mac crashes are reported automatically, so there is no need to send us crash reports.
