How to Find Crash Reports for WKO5 on Windows

If you're a Windows user experiencing crashes with WKO5, please attach your crash files when you submit a help ticket. Here's how:

  1. Using Explorer, navigate to C:\users\ <usernamehere> \appdata\local\wko4\crashpad.
  2. Right-click on the Reports folder in that location and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder.
  3. Allow the compression to complete; a new zipped folder called reports will be created in the same location.
  4. Attach this zipped folder to your ticket.

Mac crashes are reported automatically, so there is no need to send us crash reports.
