How to reset athlete TrainingPeaks link in WKO5

If you've noticed that some of your workouts in TrainingPeaks have not been downloaded to WKO, you may need to reenter your TrainingPeaks user name and password to reset the athlete link to TrainingPeaks. Here's how:

  1. Open WKO.
  2. Click on the athlete's name to open Athlete Details.
  3. Click the "Edit" button by the TrainingPeaks Athlete field.
  4. From the dropdown Athlete list, select "Do not sync."
  5. Close the Edit window.
  6. Close WKO5.
  7. Reopen WKO5.
  8. Click on the athlete's name to open Athlete Details.
  9. Click the "Edit" button by the TrainingPeaks Athlete field.
  10. Enter the TrainingPeaks user name and password, wait for WKO to log in, click the dropdown Athlete list, and re-select the TrainingPeaks athlete.
  11. Close the Edit window.
  12. If WKO5 is still scanning files from the reopen, allow the scan to finish. 
  13. Click the refresh icon in the upper right corner of the WKO window to start a fresh download from TrainingPeaks.
