How do I take over paying for my athlete's account?

You can upgrade your athlete's Basic Account or take over payment for their Premium account from the Athlete Library or the Athlete Management Page.

If your athlete has a Free Basic account - when you select "Upgrade" their account will be immediately upgraded and you bill begin paying for their account.

If your athlete has a Premium Self-Paid account or is in the 14-day Trial period - when you select "Upgrade" you will be shown how much time remains on their current subscription and the date that you will take over payment for their account.

From the Athlete Library

Click the athlete's name on in the Athlete Library on the left-hand side of the calendar and select "Upgrade" from the pop-out athlete card.

Once you have chosen to take over an athlete's Premium account their status will show as "Pending" and you can hover over the "?" to see the date that you will take over payment for the athlete's account.

From the Athlete Management page

You can see if your athlete has a Free Basic account, a Premium Self-Paid account, or a Premium Coach-paid account and select "Upgrade" to take over their Premium account payment when their trial or current subscription ends

You will be shown how many days until the athlete's Trial or subscription expires and the date that you will take over payment for their account.

After you choose to upgrade a Self-Paid Premium athlete account their Account Type will display as "pending" on the Athlete Management page and on the athlete card in the Athlete Library and you can hover over the "?" to view the date that you will take over their account payment. You can cancel the pending upgrade at any time.

Note - it is not possible to immediately take over an athlete's account at this time, you will need to wait for their trial or current subscription to end.
