To maintain optimum program speed, WKO calculates and saves data to ensure fast-loading reports and charts. If your Smart Segments seem to be slow or having problems, you can delete the segment cache and force a recalculation of the data, as explained here.
Delete the Smart Segments cache on Mac
- Close WKO
- Open Finder and navigate to your data folder, typically in one of the following locations:
- Users>UserName
- Documents
- Open the Smart Segments folder within the data folder
- Within the Smart Segments folder, there is a Smart Segments.wko5cache file; drag this into the trash
- Restart WKO
- Allow time to recalculate segments
Delete the Views cache on PC
- Close WKO
- Open Explorer and navigate to your data folder location (typically in Documents)
- Open the Smart Segments folder within your data folder
- Within the Smart Segments folder, there is a Smart Segments.wko5cache file; delete this file
- Restart WKO
- Allow time to recalculate segments
