Login Issues - SSL Certificate Expiration

An expired SSL Certificate can prevent you from accessing your TrainingPeaks account.

How to Access Your TrainingPeaks Account

First, if you receive an expired certificate error (“SSL Security Certificate expired” or “your connection is not private”) when trying to log in to your TrainingPeaks account you need to update your internet browser to the most current version.

To update your browser, open your browser, click 'file' on the browser window (typically listed directly to the right of the browser name > a drop-down panel will appear > select 'check for updates' > click update.

Second, you may also need to update your operating system. If your operating system is out of date, then you may need to update to the most current version in order to update your preferred internet browser.
