🔄 Step-by-Step: Migrate Without Disrupting Billing

Create a matching product
Set up a product in TrainingPeaks Payments that reflects your current pricing and billing frequency. -
Leave out the startup fee (for now)
This enables athletes to choose a future start date, so they can align with the end of their current billing cycle. -
Share the product link
Send it to each athlete and let them pick their preferred start date (e.g., the first of next month). -
Track new subscriptions
As athletes subscribe, you’ll see them in your Payments dashboard with their selected start date. -
Turn off old billing
Once their new TP Payments subscription begins, you can stop billing them on your previous platform.
