TrainingPeaks Virtual allows you to “brand” your own custom events with your own graphics. Initially, this can be used for all the in-game arches, but as TrainingPeaks Virtual expands, we will also include roadside barriers, fencing, and other such in-game branding to help make your event uniquely yours.
To enable this feature for your custom events, please email the artwork (see below for details) to virtual@trainingpeaks.com. Once uploaded, you will then be able to select it in-game when creating a custom event.
Please use your common sense when designing your branding. TrainingPeaks Virtual reserves the right not to include any designs that, in its sole discretion, may be considered to be inappropriate for any reason.
Artwork for Arches
Branding for arches uses a single 1536×512 pixel image. This image is then repeated 6 times across the arch (3 on the front, 3 on the back). For example:

For a great image that will look good in-game, please ensure that:
- All text or non-background parts of logos appear in the middle of the image, with plenty of space to the top / bottom / left / right edges. See the image above for an example of the size of border that works well.
- The border around the text / logos “wraps” horizontally (i.e. the left edge of the image is the same as the right edge).
Note that the artwork is “tiled” with no gaps in between. This means that repeating patterns for the border also work well. For example:
