How can I cancel or place a hold on my Coach Match service?

To cancel your Coach Match service, you'll just need to submit a cancellation request to We kindly request that you provide notice in advance of your next monthly coaching service payment date so that we have time to fully process your cancellation request.

If you do not want to completely cancel your Coach Match service, but would rather put it on hold for brief period of time, you can do so for 90 days without needing to re-subscribe. To pause your account, please email and note the duration you'd like to pause for (30, 60, or 90 days).
