1. Did you forget your password or username?
No problem, with your email, you can reset your password here: https://home.trainingpeaks.com/forgotpassword
You will receive an email that contains your username and a link to reset your password. Please click on this link to create your new password. If you do not want to reset your password and only require your username, please ignore the reset link.
2. Did you reset your password, and still can't log in?
Your username is NOT your email. You or your coach created your account with a unique username. You cannot interchange your username and email to log in to your account. When you reset your password, your username is included in the email you receive.
3. Does your new password contain any special characters?
There are some special characters that will not be recognized by our system. Please be aware of this when creating a new password.
