Connect with your Coach

You have the ability to attach a coach to your Premium or Basic athlete account. Once a primary coach has been added, you are then able to share your account with additional coaches.

Add a Primary Coach

1. Access your user settings by clicking on your name towards the top right corner of the TrainingPeaks window and selecting this from the drop-down list.
2. Under 'Account', either click on 'Coaches' or scroll down to this section.
3. Type in your coach's email address and click 'Add'.
4. A confirmation stating the email was sent will be displayed.
5. Your work as an athlete is complete. Your coach will receive an email from TrainingPeaks and will need to complete the connection by accepting this request.

Please note that your request will expire in 72 hours.  If your coach has not accepted the request in that time frame, you (or they) need to initiate the coaching request again.

Share Account with a Coach

1. Once a primary coach has been added, you are now able to share your athlete account with additional coaches.
2. Access your user settings by clicking on your name towards the top right corner of the TrainingPeaks window and selecting this from the drop-down list.
3. Under 'Account', either click on 'Coaches' or scroll down to this section.
4. Type in this additional coach's email and click 'Add'.
5. A confirmation stating the email was sent will be displayed.
6. Your work as an athlete is complete. Your coach will receive an email from TrainingPeaks and will need to complete the connection by accepting this request.

Please note that your request will expire in 72 hours.  If your coach has not accepted the request in that time frame, you (or they) need to initiate the coaching request again.
