TrainingPeaks now supports integration with Garmin Connect's Women's Health tracking feature, allowing athletes to seamlessly track menstrual cycle data and optionally share this information with their coach. Here’s how to set it up:
For New Athletes
If you're new to TrainingPeaks:

Set Gender in Garmin Connect:

Ensure your user settings in Garmin Connect are set to either Women or Unspecified.

Enable Women's Health:

In Garmin Connect, navigate to Account Settings > Account Information.

Toggle Women's Health to the ON position.

Set Privacy in TrainingPeaks:

Log into your TrainingPeaks account.

Navigate to your Account Settings.

Under the Privacy tab, you'll find an option to allow your coach to see your Women's Health data. This is OFF by default and must be manually enabled (opt-in).

For Existing Athletes with Garmin Connected
If you're already tracking Women's Health in Garmin Connect:

Open Garmin Connect and go to Account Settings > Account Information.

Toggle Women's Health to ON to sync data with TrainingPeaks.
If you're not yet tracking Women's Health in Garmin Connect:

In Garmin Connect, select Health Stats > Menstrual Cycle.

(You must have your gender set to Women or Unspecified to access this option.)

Agree to the Terms of Use when prompted.

Click View Calendar and begin entering your menstruation data.

Navigate to Account Settings > Account Information and toggle Women's Health to ON.
