Access Your Account Management Page
In your account management page, you can modify your billing contact info, stop or change your TrainingPeaks Premium subscription, add a payment method, review your purchase history, and delete your account.

Log in to your Athlete Account
- If you can't access your account, follow these instructions.
- Click on your name in the top right
- Choose Settings
- Choose Subscriptions and Payments
- Click on the Manage your subscriptions and payments hyperlink
- You will now see your current subscription(s) listed
Stop Auto-renewal
Your TrainingPeaks Athlete account will remain TrainingPeaks Premium until the end of your subscription. When that term lapses, your TrainingPeaks athlete account will revert to a TrainingPeaks free athlete account. None of your data will be lost; you simply won't have access to TrainingPeaks Premium features unless you upgrade again.
- Log in to your Athlete Account
- Click on your name in the top right
- Choose Settings
- Choose Subscriptions and Payments
- Click on the Manage your subscriptions and payments hyperlink
- You will select Manage Subscriptions to cancel your current or upcoming subscription
How to submit a refund request
All refunds require that you submit a support ticket. You can do so when logged into your account, or from here: https://help.trainingpeaks.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Refund Policy
TrainingPeaks Athlete Edition
- Within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or the renewal of an existing subscription, should you decide you want to cancel your paid subscription for any reason, we will refund you 100% of your LAST payment.
- After 7 days, there will be no refunds given. You may cancel your subscription at any time and not incur any future billing.
TrainingPeaks iOS Mobile Subscriptions
- If your TrainingPeaks athlete subscription was purchased through the Apple Store, you must request a refund through the Apple Store. Apple operates its own marketplace, and we have no control over funds collected through their portal. Instructions to get a refund through Apple are found here.
TrainingPeaks Coach Edition
- Within the first 7 days from the time of purchase, should you request to close your account for any reason, we will honor that request and refund you 100% of your initial purchase price.
- After 7 days, there will be no refunds given. You may close your account at any time and not incur any future billing. Please note that you will receive your final invoice from TrainingPeaks the month after you close your account. This is because TrainingPeaks charges Coach Accounts retroactively.
TrainingPeaks Training Plans
- For the protection of the author’s intellectual property, TrainingPeaks reserves the right to deny or approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In order to be considered for a refund, a written request must be made to http://help.trainingpeaks.com/anonymous_requests/new within 24 hours of the purchase being made, along with a detailed explanation of the refund request. Requests will then be assessed on a case-by-case basis at that point.
TrainingPeaks WKO
- For any reason during your first 7 days from the time of product activation, should you decide that the product does not suit your needs, we will provide a full refund, provided your copy of the software has been deactivated on ALL computers.
- Note: You can run WKO concurrently on 2 different computers of the same operating system (Mac OS or Windows) with the same license code. Additional computers or different operating systems require an additional license.
Delete your account
- Log in to your Athlete Account
- Click on your name in the top right
- Choose Settings
- Choose Subscriptions and Payments
- Click on the Manage your subscriptions and payments hyperlink
- Scroll to the bottom to the Delete Your TrainingPeaks Account option

Confirm your account deletion
- Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
Please note that if you have a subscription, it will be canceled, but not automatically refunded. To receive a refund, please follow the instructions above.
GDPR Requests
If you'd like to submit a GDPR request, follow this process
- For GDPR/CCPA requests, "select" and "delete" send a direct email to privacy@trainingpeaks.com.
- To opt-out of the future sale of your data (and marketing communications) fill out and submit our form.
You can expect to receive a substantive response to your request via email within 30 days from the date you submitted your request. If we are unable to respond to your request within such a time frame, we will send you a notice with an explanation.
Unsubscribe
- Log in to your Athlete Account
- Click on your name in the top right
- Choose Settings
- Scroll to Email Options
- Select Manage Your Email Preferences
- In the new window, uncheck everything you don't want to receive from TrainingPeaks and then click Update
If you continue to receive correspondence from us, you likely have more than one TrainingPeaks Athlete Account. In this event, use the password reset to find and delete additional accounts you may have.
If that doesn't help, write to us. We will find any extra accounts and delete them on your behalf.
