The coach's athlete roster can be found on the Manage Athletes page from the top menu.
Access TrainingPeaks Coach Athlete Management
- Log in to your TrainingPeaks Coach Account
- Select Manage Athletes from the top menu
- Scroll through your athlete roster and see the assistant coach(es) in your billing group, along with their athlete roster(s)
Athlete Management Functions
From the Manage Athletes page, you can:
- View all of your athletes
- See what type of account they have (Premium Athlete Paid, Premium Coach Paid, or Basic)
- You can also upgrade or downgrade an athlete account
- Note that once you have upgraded an athlete to Coach Paid, you will not be able to downgrade them again for 14 days. You can see when you will be able to downgrade them back by hovering your mouse pointer over their name.
- Move the athlete into a group
- Adjust the current coach (if you have assistants in your billing group)
- View any shared coach(es) for the athlete
- Add or review a Subscription
- Add a new athlete
