- TrainingPeaks Payments supports major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallets.
How long does it take for payments to be deposited into my account?
- Funds are typically deposited within 2 business days after payment.
Can I issue refunds? How long do refunds take to process?
- Yes, refunds can be issued directly through your Payments dashboard; transaction fees are non-refundable and will be covered by your organization. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
What happens if a client disputes a charge?
- You’ll be notified of the dispute and can submit documentation to respond. Stripe manages the resolution process.
Can I set up recurring payments or subscriptions?
- Yes, TrainingPeaks Payments supports monthly recurring billing.
Can I set up one time payments?
- Only monthly recurring payments are currently available. Stay tuned as we roll out new features.
How do I handle failed payments or declined cards?
- The system will automatically retry failed payments. You and your athlete will be notified via email when the payment fails. If the payment cannot be processed within 2 weeks, the subscription will automatically cancel.
