We're excited to introduce a new, streamlined workflow to Payments within your TrainingPeaks Coach Account! You can now effortlessly collect payments, manage subscriptions, and gain valuable insights into your athletes' payment statuses directly from your Manage Athletes, Calendar, and Home pages. This new update provides a more intuitive and efficient way to handle payments, giving you more time to focus on what you do best: coaching.
Using the Manage Athletes page
The Manage Athletes page is a great central hub for subscription viewing. Here, you can quickly scroll through your roster to identify athletes who aren't on a subscription and easily send them an offer by clicking Collect Payment.
You'll also find clear indicators for athletes with active or canceled subscriptions. This page is the perfect place to spot overdue payments and send a direct reminder. When you click on a subscription, a separate window will pop up, allowing you to manage payments and continue working on your main page simultaneously.
Using the Athlete Library
Your Athlete Library also provides a powerful way to manage payments. Scroll through your roster and you'll see icons next to your athletes' names, instantly showing who has an active or canceled subscription.
For even more options, drag a group to the right to view all those athletes at once. From there, you can start a new subscription by selecting Collect Payment or clicking on the athlete's subscription to view their specific subscription details. This feature gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire client roster, simplifying subscription management.
Using the Home page
From your Home page, you can quickly spot payment issues at a glance. In the Alerts column, icons will instantly notify you if an athlete has canceled their subscription or has an outstanding payment. Simply click on the icon to open a new window where you can view their subscription details and take action, such as sending a payment reminder or assigning a new Product.
