If your athlete needs to update their payment method, they must do so through the TrainingPeaks web application—this option isn’t available on mobile.
Steps to Update the Payment Method:

Log In:
Have your athlete log into their TrainingPeaks account using a web browser. -
Access the Account Menu:
In the top right corner, they should click on their name to open the account menu. -
Navigate to Subscription Management:
From the menu, select Subscription Management and then choose Manage Subscription. -
Add or Update Payment Information:
Click on Add Payment Method. From this screen, the athlete can:-
Add a new payment method

Set a default payment method

Delete any previous payment methods (optional)

Important Reminder:
At least one payment method must be saved at all times, and one payment method must be set as the default.
