How to cancel your mobile subscription

APPLE STORE

To cancel a mobile subscription on the Apple Store, follow these steps:

  1. Open Settings:

    • Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap on Your Name:

    • At the top of the Settings menu, tap on your name to access your Apple ID settings.
  3. Select Subscriptions:

    • In the Apple ID menu, tap on "Subscriptions."
  4. Find the Subscription:

    • Locate the subscription you want to cancel from the list.
  5. Tap on the Subscription:

    • Tap on the subscription you wish to cancel to view its details.
  6. Cancel Subscription:

    • Tap "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the screen.
    • Confirm your decision when prompted.

If you don't see the subscription you're looking for, make sure you're signed in with the correct Apple ID, or check if the subscription is billed through a different service or directly through the app's website.

 

GOOGLE PLAY STORE

To cancel a mobile subscription on the Google Play Store, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Google Play Store App:

    • Launch the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Access Your Account:

    • Tap on your profile picture or the three horizontal lines (menu icon) in the top-right corner to open the menu.
  3. Select Payments & Subscriptions:

    • In the menu, tap on "Payments & subscriptions."
  4. Tap on Subscriptions:

    • Select "Subscriptions" from the options.
  5. Find the Subscription:

    • Locate the subscription you want to cancel from the list.
  6. Tap on the Subscription:

    • Tap on the subscription to open its details.
  7. Cancel Subscription:

    • Tap "Cancel subscription."
    • Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

After canceling, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
