Q: What are Private Notes?
A: Private Notes are personal reflections tied to individual workouts. At this time, coaches and athletes can write them, and only the author can view or edit them.
Q: Who can see a Private Note?
A: Only the individual who writes the Private Note can see it. Private Notes are not shared with other coaches, athletes, or team members. For example, head coaches will not have visibility into assistant coaches' Private Notes, and vice versa.
Q: What happens if an athlete changes coaches?
A: The new coach will not see Private Notes authored by the previous coach. If the athlete reconnects with a former coach, that coach will regain visibility into any Private Notes they personally wrote.
Q: Are Private Notes copied when a workout is duplicated or templated?
A: No. Private Notes are not carried over when a workout is copied, moved to the library, or templated.
Q: Is there a character limit?
A: Yes - 2,000 unicode characters per note. The field includes a live character counter and blocks input beyond the limit.
Q: Are Private Notes included in data exports?

Q: Are Private Notes available on mobile and web?
