Why Can't I Upgrade an Athlete's Account to Premium?

The athlete may be attached to you as a 'shared' athlete.  If it is a shared athlete, you will not have the ability to upgrade or downgrade this athlete.  Either they will need to upgrade on their own by purchasing a premium subscription, or the attached coach will need to do this.  You can view whether an athlete has a basic or premium account by clicking their name in the athlete library.
