You can upgrade your athlete's Basic Account or take over payment for their Premium Account from the Athlete Library or the Manage Athletes page.
Don't forget, your coach subscription includes 1 free Premium (Coach Paid) Account! You can use this for your Athlete Account, or you can give this to one of your athletes.
From the Athlete Library
- Open the Calendar
- Click Athlete Library
- Choose the athlete's name
- Select Profile
- Choose Upgrade
- A window will open, clarifying the upgrade
- If the athlete has a current Premium subscription, it will note the date that the athlete's current subscription is valid till, and you will take over payment on that date
- The athlete's status will now be adjusted to,
- If the athlete was Basic, the status will now show as Premium (Coach Paid)
- If the athlete has a current subscription, the status will show as Pending, and you can click there to see the date it will change to Coach Paid
From the Manage Athletes page
You can see if your athlete has a Basic Account, a Premium (Self Paid) Account, or a Premium (Coach Paid) Account, and select Upgrade to take over their Premium Account payment when their trial or current subscription ends.
- Log in to your Coach Account and click Manage Athletes
- Your athletes will be listed, and their status will display next to their name
- Basic
- Premium (Self Paid)
- Premium (Coach Paid)
- If Pending is displayed, you can click on it to show how many days until the athlete's Trial or subscription expires and the date that you will take over payment for their account
- You can cancel the Pending upgrade at any time.
Please note:
- It is not possible to immediately take over an athlete's account; you will need to wait for their trial or current subscription to end. The only exception is if you create the account for your athlete and select Premium in the setup.
- The 1 free Premium Account included in your subscription will be removed from your invoice, but it will not look any different than any other upgraded athlete in your account.
