1. Download TrainingPeaks Virtual
2. Connect your TrainingPeaks Athlete Account
- If you have an existing TrainingPeaks account, click 'Existing TrainingPeaks Account' on the login page and enter your Athlete Account credentials.
- If you are new to TrainingPeaks, click 'New TrainingPeaks Account' to sign up and get started.
3. Set up your Profile
- Adding your personal details (Height, Weight, FTP, and Active Team) will ensure your experience is tailored to you. For more information on the Profile, click here.
4. Access your planned training
- Head to the TRAIN section of the Hub to see what's ahead.
5. Connect your devices
- After selecting your race, ride, or workout, sync your indoor trainer, heart rate monitor, and power meter here.
6. Explore key features
- Track progress: Monitor workout, racing, and ranking history, as well as critical power.
- Use multiple power sources to compare your trainer power meter to your bike's power meter.
- Customize your in-app view.
