Where are my Assistant Coaches and their Athletes?

Managing your Assistant Coaches is easy in TrainingPeaks. If you are paying for the assistant's account, you can manage your Assistant Coaches and their Athletes from the Manage Athletes page, where you manage your own athletes.  If you are not paying for the Assistant, then you will find them in your Athlete Library under My Assistants.

I am paying for my Assistant Coach

The billing group owner can do the following from the Manage Athletes page:

• Under Account Type, you can upgrade or downgrade attached athlete accounts
• Using the Current Coach dropdown, reassign athletes to other coaches within your billing group
• Under Subscriptions, add a TrainingPeaks Payments subscription to an athlete (if applicable)
• Next to the Assistant Coach's name, you can downgrade their subscription to Coach Edition or upgrade to Unlimited Coach Edition
• Add or remove an athlete from a coach in your group
• View the athlete account types of all coaches within your group
• Add a Shared Coach to an athlete by clicking the Share icon

Please note, the billing group owner can only see the coaches that are a part of their billing group. Only the billing group owner can see and manage the billing group. If you are an assistant in the billing group, you will not be able to manage any other coaches' athletes.

I am not paying for my Assistant Coach

If the Assistant Coach is paying for their own account, the billing group owner will not be able to see them listed in Manage Athletes. Instead, the Assistant Coach can be found on the Calendar page, listed in the head coach's Athlete Library under My Assistants. 

Removing an Assistant Coach
